Catalog Description:
Introduces grammar basics and reading of texts in Classical Chinese. Provides an introduction to the structure of Classical Chinese; its cultural and linguistic place in the history of East Asia; and a general overview of some foundational texts. Prerequisite: either CHIN 113, CHIN 203, CHIN 234, or equivalent.
