Washin Kai 和心会 is a non-profit organization from the Puget Sound community with strong ties to the University of Washington, the Asian L&L department, and Japan. Washin Kai was formed in the spring of 2018 in response to an appeal by the Department of Asian Languages and Literature to preserve and strengthen classical Japanese studies at UW. More information about Washin Kai's mission and events can be found on the Washin Kai website and the Washin Kai Facebook page.
