"The annual Washington State Speech and Skit Contest provides Japanese learners of all levels with the opportunity to compete with like-minded, skilled, and passionate students (high school division and college division) from all across Washington State. The Speech and Skit contest is held in early spring by the Hyogo Business and Cultural Center, Consulate General of Japan in Seattle, Washington Japan-America Society, and Washington Association for Teachers of Japanese."
