Stephanie Liu specializes in Chinese literature, linguistics, and digital humanities. Her research explores gendered language patterns in Tang poetry through corpus-based methods, combining sociolinguistics with computational text analysis. With a background that blends humanities and technology, she is fluent in Mandarin and English and has experience in programming, data visualization, and multimedia editing. Prior to her doctoral studies, she taught Chinese at the United States Military Academy at West Point and has a strong interest in bridging traditional literary studies with modern digital tools.
