Faculty member Bich-Ngoc Turner presents on U.S.- Vietnam postwar relations
during a keynote session that celebrates the 20th anniversary of U.S.-
Vietnam diplomatic relations. On July 7 – 8, 2015 in Hanoi, Vietnam Dr.
Turner presented on the efforts made by US veterans in the 1990’s to create
the normalization of relations between Vietnam and the United States.
