The Vietnamese instructor will conduct individual placement tests in her office (Gowen Hall M233) before/during the start of each quarter's registration period. This is not the proficiency test that waives the UW language requirement.

To arrange for an individual placement appointment, sign up for a time slot on the sign-up sheet on the instructor's door. For Spring Quarter 2013, the placement tests will be held on:

• Monday, , February 4 from 1:00-2:45 PM
• Friday, February 8 from 1:00-2:45 PM
• Monday, February 11 from 1:00-2:45 PM
• Tuesday, February 12 from 2:30-3:00 PM
• Thursday, February 21 from 2:30-3:00 PM
• Monday, March 4 from 1:00-2:45 PM
• Thursday, March 14 from 2:30-3:00 PM

Students who misrepresent the extent of their background so as to gain entrance to a course at the elementary or intermediate level will be dropped from the roster of that course.
